•Monitor commercial performance for cost, incentives, defined cost vs target, and KPIs using dashboards and trend analysis; visit site routinely to identify and escalate risks with corrective actions.
•Commercial assurance of change control by ensuring scope definition, pricing method, risk allowances and audit trail are followed and that changes provide value for money.
•Plan and implement close-out and rolling final account settlement.
•Manage risk by reviewing threats and opportunities and reporting net effects to scheme forecasts.
•Endorse and validate NEC4 ECC KPIs and incentives, verify monthly submissions and governance before triggering payments.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in commercial management within construction of major programmes and projects
•Strong knowledge of construction contracts (NEC and/or JCT preferred)
•Excellent cost control, reporting, and collaboration skills
•Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related field
•Professional membership (or working towards) RICS, CIOB, or equivalent
