Key Responsibilities

  • •Reduce manual processes and deploy defined business solutions to improve operational control.
  • •Prepare and review financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards and strict timelines.
  • •Support audit/review processes and maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points.
  • •Maintain daily management information system trackers, update escalation processes, and produce regular internal management reports and KPIs.
  • •Identify operational risks and drive process efficiency improvements, including training/cross-training and sharing process-related best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification in accounting fields such as CA, ICWA, CFA or CS, with relevant working experience.
  • •3-5 years of relevant funds administration experience and strong knowledge of asset types, fund administration services, and the valuations cycle.
  • •Sound accounting concepts and a clear understanding of financial statements, with knowledge of valuations and the end-to-end fund accounting model.
  • •Basic knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, corporate actions, financial instruments, and reconciliations.
  • •Operational risk awareness and ability to meet client and jurisdiction requirements for deliverables, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
