Key Responsibilities

•Lead large and complex application development or modernization projects, delivering from standard solution implementation through delivery either solo or as team lead
•Drive design, implementation, and validation (PoC) of OpenShift and Red Hat Application Services-based solutions and prototypes
•Translate architecture designs into concrete tasks and support project planning to guide the team toward leadership-set goals
•Understand client infrastructure and business challenges to provide strategic Red Hat technology proposals and value delivery
•Mentor and provide technical feedback to junior consultants to improve team performance and organizational capability

Key Requirements

•13+ years of advanced hands-on middleware/enterprise web development and integration experience
•Proven track record collaborating with business leaders, stakeholders, and architects on large-scale projects
•Experience leading small technical teams from solution architecture through design, implementation, and troubleshooting
•Deep knowledge of software development methods, object-oriented design, and enterprise integration patterns (EIP)
•Advanced design and implementation of DevOps/CI/CD pipelines using Tekton, Argo CD, and related technologies
