Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan production in the production area to ensure compliance with defined manufacturing plans.
  • •Launch monthly routines on a mid-term horizon and evaluate programs and production requirements, including recovery plans.
  • •Define and propose production scenarios using the plant calendar and available resources, then officialize and communicate the plan to stakeholders.
  • •Prepare for, participate in, and/or lead Master Production meetings with stakeholders, securing commitments and challenging deferrals.
  • •Build, update, and analyze KPIs for production plan execution and deliveries; define improvement plans and update planning tools and SAP.
