Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and approve subcontract tendering and award documentation
  • •Facilitate clarifications, kick-off, and post-award meetings; ensure minutes are recorded and distributed
  • •Analyze and endorse recommended proposals and guide negotiation of prices, performance requirements, and delivery schedules
  • •Ensure HSES procedures and other HSES initiatives are implemented by subcontractors
  • •Monitor subcontractor performance, compliance, risks, progress, documentation submissions, and invoice compliance; identify issues early for corrective actions
