Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of multiple or complex workplace and construction projects from initiation through completion.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • •Support project budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial performance management.
  • •Develop procurement strategies and oversee consultant, contractor, and vendor selection and engagement, including contract support.
  • •Mentor and support junior Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while coordinating site activities through handover and producing regular reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to manage and influence clients and senior stakeholders in a complex business environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading office relocation, renovation, or workplace transformation projects from planning through completion.
