Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and assess potential incidents across the enterprise and coordinate triage and escalation based on severity thresholds.
•Activate response teams and escalation pathways and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
•Provide ongoing updates on incident status, impact, and risk and manage incident calls and communication channels.
•Ensure incidents are logged, tracked, and managed through resolution and support governance reporting and documentation.
•Support post-incident reviews, remediation tracking, and continuous improvement of incident management methodologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,530 - 228,380 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•10+ years of experience in incident management, business continuity, disaster recovery, risk, or controls.
•Strong understanding of incident management and operational processes across Northern Trust.
•Ability to manage multiple incidents in a high-pressure environment.
•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
