Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, optimize, map, and implement tools for e-procurement in purchasing.
•Exchange regularly with external software partners to deliver digitization value for purchasing processes.
•Coordinate and support EDI connections with suppliers.
•Work with and apply future-ready technologies such as AI and Robotic Process Automation.
•Contribute to national and international supply chain projects and provide support for day-to-day relevant topics.

Salary: EUR 3,888.53 - 4,993.21

Key Requirements

•Completed higher education (FH/Uni) in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Business Informatics, or several years of professional experience in e-procurement.
•Experience with e-procurement processes and tools.
•Very good MS Office skills and ideally experience with ERP systems.
•Solution-oriented and independent working style.
•Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
