Key Responsibilities

•Handle end-to-end ownership of merchant issues, resolving complex or high-value concerns with minimal follow-ups.
•Own L2/L3 escalations and coordinate with Product, Risk, Tech, and FinOps teams to identify and resolve root causes.
•Identify process gaps and contribute to creating or improving SOPs to increase resolution efficiency and improve merchant experience.
•Maintain clear communication with merchants and internal stakeholders; track SLAs, TATs, and resolution quality metrics.
•Mentor junior associates, lead/refine special projects (e.g., refund pattern analysis), and document interactions for audit readiness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
•Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a similar domain.
•Familiarity with payment methods including UPI, Net Banking, Card Payments, and eNACH.
•Understanding of settlement processes and refund mechanisms.
•Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams to resolve merchant issues timely.
