Job Summary

Lead and coordinate operations readiness and assurance activities for ADNOC project, ensuring facilities, systems and personnel are prepared for safe, reliable start-up and handover to operations. Define readiness criteria, coordinate OR&A plan, stage-gate reviews, and training; embed operability and safety into design and commissioning, with hands-on collaboration across EPCM teams.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and implementation of the Operations Readiness & Assurance Plan (OR&A Plan) for project readiness across all phases.
•Define readiness criteria aligned with ADNOC standards and project objectives and establish the OR&A philosophy covering people, process, and systems readiness.
•Coordinate and participate in OR&A stage gate reviews (FEL, detailed engineering, pre-commissioning, start-up) and conduct readiness assessments and audits.
•Ensure operability, maintainability, and safety are embedded during design by reviewing P&IDs and HAZOP/HAZID outcomes and participating in design reviews.
•Coordinate training plans and competency frameworks for operations personnel and ensure workforce readiness prior to start-up

Key Requirements

•Degree in related discipline
•Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCM projects
•At least 5+ years in a supervisory preservation role
•Experience on major CAPEX projects (ADNOC or equivalent operators preferred)
•Strong understanding of operations readiness frameworks and related practices
