Inclusion Assistant - Rabdan Charter School (AY 2026/27)

Support individual pupils (alone or in small groups) inside and outside the classroom so they can fully participate in the school day. Help implement students’ individual education programmes by linking to IEP goals, monitoring progress, and reinforcing achievements. Provide academic assistance, prepare and adapt learning materials, and supervise pupils in classrooms and specialist lessons. Promote independence, follow health & safety and confidentiality guidelines, and coordinate with teachers and external professionals.
