Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of fitting software applications from feature development through integration, stabilization, and release readiness.
•Drive integration, evolution, and lifecycle management of fitting software applications and variants, ensuring scalable and brand-agnostic solutions across global markets.
•Translate product priorities into executable delivery plans, managing dependencies, timelines, delivery risks, and cross-functional trade-offs across release trains.
•Ensure software integration and verification readiness through stabilization and release governance in collaboration with System Integration, Platform & Component Software, Audiological, Development, and Verification teams.
•Lead, develop, and grow global engineering teams by fostering technical excellence and building organizational capability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience in complex, regulated software development environments.
•Extensive experience in fitting software or related hearing system development, including software application delivery, integration, and lifecycle management.
•Proven leadership delivering complex software solutions within multi-release, regulated product development environments.
•Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, international software engineering teams across multi-site and multi-brand organizations.
•Strong expertise in software delivery governance, release planning, dependency management, software lifecycle management, and technical debt management.
