Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day service delivery and performance across defined HR services in the centre, ensuring risk controls, timely issue resolution, and alignment to governance standards.
  • •Drive simplification, optimisation, standardisation, and continuous improvement of Employee Experience processes to deliver transparency and global consistency.
  • •Manage EXS team leadership, including talent management, engagement, performance and reward reviews, succession planning, and career development.
  • •Manage headcount, budgets, and long-term projections, providing end-to-end cost visibility to global and centre leadership while improving efficiency.
  • •Represent EXS in regional governance forums and partner with global and regional stakeholders to improve employee experience, integration, and service performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree with an appropriate professional HR qualification such as CIPD, AHRI/CPHR, IHRP-CP/IHRP-SP, or equivalent APAC-recognised HR certification.
  • •Minimum 15 years exposure in People/HR environment in a regional senior management position, with experience in a Shared Services environment in a matrixed setup.
  • •Deep HR process knowledge to manage complex escalations and decision-making.
  • •Strong HR operational experience running medium to large regional operations.
  • •Proven influencing, stakeholder management, and customer service/employee experience background.
