Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce end-to-end weekly/monthly revenue & cost dashboards and MIS packs across clients, products, segments, channels, and RM portfolios.
  • •Provide analysis of run-rate versus plan/forecast, including trends, variance drivers, and concise commentary for senior forums.
  • •Run performance governance cadence: manage timelines, coordinate inputs, build decks, distribute outputs, and ensure meeting readiness.
  • •Maintain KPI definitions and methodology notes, and perform action/decision log tracking with stakeholder follow-up to drive closure.
  • •Validate and reconcile data across source systems and finance numbers; escalate issues early and identify improvements to simplify and automate reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in performance management, MI/reporting, planning/forecasting, business analytics, or finance partnering in banking/wealth is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial drivers including revenue, cost, productivity, and profitability/efficiency concepts.
  • •Advanced Excel experience with exposure to BI tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • •Strong execution discipline with attention to detail, deadline management, and ability to deliver first-time-right outputs.
  • •Ability to translate analysis into crisp communication for senior audiences.
