Job Summary

Develop and implement global equipment standards for tabletting and capsule manufacturing across Reckitt sites. Provide technical expertise across granulation, mixing, compression, coating, and encapsulation, ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance. Lead URS and technical standards, support validation and equipment qualification (FAT/SAT), and deliver major CAPEX projects. Partner with global and site engineering, quality, R&D, procurement, and digital teams to drive continuous improvement, lifecycle management, and rollout of new technologies.

•Lead global standardisation of tableting and capsule equipment, establishing consistent engineering and vendor standards across sites.
•Develop and maintain URS and technical standards to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
•Provide technical expertise for granulation, mixing, compression, coating, and encapsulation, supporting FAT/SAT, validation, and equipment qualification.
•Deliver and support major CAPEX projects, including writing/reviewing URS, vendor selection, and OEM progress monitoring.
•Act as primary technical contact for engineering teams and coordinate cross-functionally to implement standards, adopt new technologies, and support equipment lifecycle management.

•Minimum 7 years engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a senior project or engineering leadership role within pharma or consumer goods.
•Proven experience leading equipment standardisation across single or multiple sites.
•Strong background in CAPEX project management, including budgeting, prioritisation, and performance monitoring.
•Solid technical expertise in tablet compression and related pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies.
•Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related) or equivalent experience, with proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD.
