Job Summary

Own end-to-end employee lifecycle administration for a newly forming HR Services team in the regional headquarters. Provide accurate, timely HR administration support to employees and line managers across onboarding to offboarding, partnering with HR Business Partners and Managers to deliver compliant, people-focused HR services. Prepare employment contracts, maintain HR system data, ensure payroll-related accuracy, manage lifecycle activities, support managers in English, and provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end employee lifecycle administration to ensure a smooth employee experience across departments and levels.
•Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments, ensuring accurate administration.
•Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP) and ensure timely, accurate payroll-related data.
•Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, transfers, and exits.
•Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss) and support line managers and employees on HR topics in English.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of HR administration experience in an international environment, with a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.
•Familiarity with HR processes and systems and understanding of HR best practices.
•Ability to provide day-to-day HR administration support as a team player with strong communication and service orientation.
•Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
•Proficiency in English; Japanese/Korean is considered a plus.
