Job Summary

Support Oil & Gas and remediation projects by leading Health and Safety Plan (HASP) reviews, hazard identification, risk assessments, and control selection to ensure compliance and execution readiness. Partner with project managers, engineers, and field teams to integrate safety into project delivery, monitor applicable OSHA/EPA requirements, maintain safety documentation, and drive proactive safety culture through coaching and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform Health and Safety Plan (HASP) reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate project-specific risks.
•Support project development by conducting hazard identification, risk assessments, and control selection.
•Lead or support pre-field kickoff meetings to align teams on safety expectations, procedures, and mitigation strategies.
•Monitor and interpret local, state, and federal safety regulations for Oil & Gas and remediation activities.
•Maintain safety documentation and support incident trend analysis with recommended corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline, plus 4+ years of relevant safety/health/environment experience for Oil & Gas or remediation projects.
•Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in safety, health, and environment support for Oil & Gas or remediation projects.
•Ability to pass client-specific background and drug & alcohol screening upon offer.
•Experience supporting Safety, Health, and Environment functions on Oil & Gas and remediation projects (preferred 8+ years).
•Knowledge of OSHA regulations and EPA guidelines (preferred).
