Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve complex construction project issues, disputes, and disagreements.
  • •Review project status and progress versus submitted construction schedules, and monitor variances across the construction project database.
  • •Review change orders and assess impacts; review and verify payment applications and perform fiscal management for multiple projects.
  • •Provide direction across construction schedules, cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration, and quality control; monitor administration of contracts for architects and consultants.
  • •Coordinate program activities with client branches and manage general contractors in the field, including project reporting and staff management.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess preferred credentials including a CA Architect Certificate of Registration or CA Professional Engineer license, plus a CCM and/or LEED Professional Accreditation (where applicable).
