Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite and analyse renewal business within delegated authority using the Zurich Way of Underwriting framework.
  • •Manage relationships for key customer and broker accounts.
  • •Negotiate terms and conditions aligned with Zurich Retention and ZRC strategy.
  • •Contribute to managing schemes and implementing technical standards, controls, and procedures to maintain underwriting discipline.
  • •Maintain underwriting records, ensure Central Bank compliance, escalate issues appropriately, and deliver superior service on renewals.

Key Requirements

  • •Level 8 Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • •3+ years of industry knowledge.
  • •Holding or working towards relevant professional qualifications (CIP, MDI, ACII).
