Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Business Performance Framework activities by maintaining regional KPIs, scorecards, and KPI data, and assisting with analysis of customer and portal usage.
  • •Collect and review business, performance, and portal data to identify trends, variances, and observations, escalating discrepancies and risks to experienced team members.
  • •Monitor portal transactions and operational metrics and support creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI, including routine data validation.
  • •Track improvement initiatives, perform routine portal testing using defined scripts, document defects, and support content accuracy and functionality checks.
  • •Maintain accurate ERP/CRM data, handle customer inquiries by logging and routing feedback, and support enterprise portal/PunchOut catalog deployment coordination through documentation and issue tracking.
