Underwriting Manager - General Aviation

Lead and manage a team of underwriters for profitable General Aviation new and renewal business. Own negotiation of participation, pricing, and policy terms, while driving underwriting strategy and compliance with LoB governance, underwriting authorities, guidelines, and minimum standards. Underwrite large accounts, manage referrals, and evaluate natural catastrophe accumulation. Represent AGCS externally, build relationships with brokers and clients, and support market retention and acquisition efforts.
