Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually with a digital-first mindset. Assess customer needs, process information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while recommending solutions aligned to individual goals. Provide an excellent client experience, support branch partnerships, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Maintain knowledge of banking policies, tools, and self-service digital offerings.
