Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine machine operations and operate equipment including tools such as CMM, polish wheel, airflow, waterflow, shot peen, furnace, grinding machines, and EDM.
  • •Read and interpret process sheets; deburr and clean parts; gage parts; make minor offset changes with oversight.
  • •Frequently utilize measuring devices and assess product acceptance based on blueprint specification(s).
  • •Clock labor in Solumina; perform preventative maintenance and document results; keep dimensional data on run charts.
  • •Maintain work area and equipment cleanliness, complete Daily Walk Around (DWA) and communication logs, and follow ACE and EH&S/PPE guidelines.
