Job Summary

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Agency Services function within Commercial Loan Services. Manage leaders and professional staff responsible for servicing syndicated and participated loan portfolios where the bank acts as Agent, ensuring strong operational performance, risk management, regulatory compliance, service quality, and audit readiness. Oversee end-to-end loan servicing and coordinate with internal teams across Syndications, Credit, Treasury, Technology, Risk, and Accounting to support portfolio growth and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish strategic plans and operational objectives that support corporate goals, business growth, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence.
•Provide leadership and direction to managers, supervisors, and colleagues responsible for syndicated and participated loan servicing activities.
•Oversee end-to-end servicing of agented loan portfolios, including loan boarding, payment processing, distributions, fee processing, rate resets, rollovers, advances, paydowns, and loan maintenance.
•Maintain ownership of operational controls, audit readiness, SOX controls, regulatory examinations, internal testing, and remediation activities.
•Lead implementation of policies and process improvements, technology enhancements, and automation to increase efficiency, scalability, and control effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree.
•5+ years of banking, commercial loan servicing, syndicated loan servicing, operations, or related financial services experience.
•3+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, managers, or operational teams.
•Experience with syndicated and participated commercial loan products.
•Experience with operational risk management, audit support, compliance reviews, and control environments.
