Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Networks, Information Systems, or IT.
  • •Complete a university-level course, internship, thesis, or research project involving network traffic monitoring and analysis and DDoS detection/mitigation support.
  • •Experience with TCP/IP protocol suite topics such as TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSH, NTP, and IPsec.
  • •Knowledge of Access Control Lists (ACLs) configuration and security incident monitoring and escalation.
  • •Ability to perform log analysis, alert triage, threat detection and analysis, and incident documentation/reporting.
