Job Summary

Own and govern data within assigned domains to ensure it aligns with SEB data governance policies. Define and maintain conceptual and logical data models, metadata descriptions, and business glossary terms. Partner with stakeholders, data owners, and architects to translate requirements into data structures, and coordinate data quality controls, monitoring, and remediation. Provide data expertise to downstream consumers and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure data within the assigned Data Area is managed in line with SEB Data Governance policies.
•Define and own logical and conceptual data models for assigned data domains, reflecting business concepts and relationships.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, and architects to translate requirements into logical data structures.
•Establish and maintain metadata descriptions and business glossary definitions.
•Coordinate the definition, implementation, and monitoring of data quality controls, including remediation and root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

•Strong SQL skills and practical experience working with databases.
•Hands-on experience creating and maintaining conceptual and logical data models.
•Solid understanding of data modeling principles including entities, attributes, relationships, and normalization.
•Experience in reporting solutions, database design, data control implementation, and data quality management.
•Understanding of regulations affecting regulatory reporting and practical experience with data flows supporting regulatory reporting processes.
