Welder / Multiple levels & career pathing available

Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding to fabricate pontoon boats and related components, including aluminum rails and tubes. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, prepare materials by cutting/shaping/fitting components, and ensure structural integrity and cosmetic quality through inspections. Adhere to strict safety guidelines and use PPE, collaborate with production and quality teams to address defects, and maintain welding equipment while continuously improving welding processes.
