Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate and prepare grower payments and settlements, including bank assignments, IRS levies, and pay components such as fuel, bonus, and incentives.
  • •Track and verify costs on broiler and/or breeder flocks and perform weekly and monthly breeder flock closings.
  • •Capitalize pullet flocks weekly and monthly and monitor broiler and/or breeder inventories.
  • •Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable for growers and contract catchers/haulers, and manage accounts receivable deductions holds.
  • •Maintain accurate grower files, collaborate with internal and external auditors, and communicate daily with outside grow-out locations via email and phone.
