Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end program management for client product go-to-market activities, translating strategy into integrated plans and accountable execution.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to align launch strategy, content, customer engagement, and execution plans across product, engineering, marketing, sales, communications, finance, and regional teams.
  • •Establish and drive a GTM operating rhythm including working reviews, leadership checkpoints, decision logs, risk management, metrics, and action-item closure.
  • •Prepare concise, decision-ready executive materials synthesizing program status, market/customer context, tradeoffs, risks, and recommended actions.
  • •Champion AI-driven business transformation by identifying workflow friction, defining future-state processes, and driving solutions from pilot through production adoption with measurable impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in program management, product operations, go-to-market, business operations, chief of staff, or a related technology role.
  • •Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution and delivering high-visibility milestones.
  • •Experience supporting product launches or GTM motions across product, engineering, marketing, sales, communications, and customer-facing teams.
  • •Strong executive communication skills, including concise presentations, status updates, and decision documents for senior leaders.
  • •Hands-on experience applying AI to business workflows and scaling AI-enabled automation (e.g., copilots/agents/knowledge management) with sound governance and change management.
