Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage export airfreight bookings, shipment processing, freight dispatch and tracking.
  • •Prepare and process air waybills, commercial documentation, and customs/regulatory documentation.
  • •Coordinate with customers, airlines, agents, and transport providers to keep shipments moving efficiently and on time.
  • •Monitor shipment milestones and provide updates and quotations for customers and agents.
  • •Complete billing accurately and maintain up-to-date operational and financial records in CargoWise, ensuring compliance and identifying process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in air freight export operations within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of air export processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience using CargoWise or similar freight management systems.
  • •Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
