Oversee daily operations of a 24/7/365 traffic operations control room by leading shift personnel (3–6 team members) and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, quality control, and attendance policies. Manage incident logging and dispatch using ATMS, coordinate responses with local and statewide stakeholders, and monitor equipment performance through CCTV. Develop response plans for roadway work and special events, maintain key contact lists and calendars, and conduct post-incident and after-action analyses.

•Manage and log traffic incidents in an advanced transportation management system (ATMS) and coordinate dispatch of incident response crews.
•Monitor and troubleshoot control room equipment issues affecting operations (e.g., CCTV, computers, central system, digital message signs).
•Coordinate with local/regional/state stakeholders and inform first responders about injury-related incidents, including lane closures and diversion routes.
•Develop and maintain response plans for roadway construction/maintenance and special events, including stakeholder communications and after-action analysis.
