Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational oversight for clinical escalations, patient safety concerns, and abnormal/critical laboratory result workflows.
  • •Ensure timely clinical issue resolution while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • •Provide clinical guidance and operational support to Sprinters and the clinical team for complex questions and escalations.
  • •Lead patient safety and quality improvement initiatives, including investigating events and supporting root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
  • •Own monthly operational KPIs/dashboards and lead cross-functional projects to develop and maintain clinical policies, SOPs, and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Active, unrestricted RN license.
  • •Minimum three years of leadership experience.
  • •Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • •Experience managing clinical escalations, abnormal laboratory result workflows, and patient safety events.
  • •Demonstrated project management and process improvement experience, including developing clinical policies, procedures, and workflows.
