Job Summary

Deliver high-quality flight and ground training for assigned aircraft types in alignment with regulatory requirements, CAE-approved curricula, and customer expectations. Lead simulator sessions and pre-/post-flight briefings, serve as a subject matter expert for client training programs, and maintain accurate training records aligned with CAE and FAA standards. After qualifying in the role, progress to Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman responsibilities while supporting curricula development as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver flight simulator and ground school instruction for assigned aircraft types to support type ratings, certificates, and pilot qualifications.
•Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings aligned with CAE standards.
•Serve as an SME and lead clients through their training programs.
•Complete training records, recommend remedial training when needed, and track instructional qualifications and activity.
•Support curricula and courseware development as an SME and qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman after approximately 1.5 years (business needs dependent).

Key Requirements

•Hold (or be qualified to receive) an unrestricted ATP certificate and at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating.
•Deliver training effectively with strong teaching passion and communication skills.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
•Participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
•Be authorized to live/work in the United States and meet the role’s physical requirements.
