Job Summary

Guide clients through end-to-end workforce transformation using agentic AI. Lead engagements to redesign roles, workflows, and operating models; build adoption and change strategies; and facilitate workshops that shift organizations to AI-augmented, outcome-driven ways of working. Translate AI into clear narratives for leaders and employees, develop learning and enablement programs, and deliver large-scale initiatives while continuously refining transformation playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements focused on reimagining work and redesigning roles, workflows, and operating models using agentic AI.
•Design and implement AI adoption and change strategies to embed AI tools into daily workflows and drive measurable behavior change.
•Facilitate workshops to help clients rethink how work gets done, shifting from task-based execution to AI-augmented outcome-driven models.
•Translate complex AI capabilities into clear narratives for business leaders and employees to drive understanding and buy-in.
•Develop and deliver training and enablement programs, and lead large-scale transformation delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in organizational change, transformation, or workforce enablement.
•Ability to facilitate senior-level workshops and drive strategic discussions.
•Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, including producing comms artifacts like emails, newsletters, and town halls.
•Experience designing and delivering learning or adoption programs.
•Ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology teams, translating AI (especially agentic AI) into business value.
