Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client engagements focused on reimagining work and redesigning roles, workflows, and operating models using agentic AI.
  • •Design and implement AI adoption and change strategies to embed AI tools into daily workflows and drive measurable behavior change.
  • •Facilitate workshops to help clients rethink how work gets done, shifting from task-based execution to AI-augmented outcome-driven models.
  • •Translate complex AI capabilities into clear narratives for business leaders and employees to drive understanding and buy-in.
  • •Develop and deliver training and enablement programs, and lead large-scale transformation delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in organizational change, transformation, or workforce enablement.
  • •Ability to facilitate senior-level workshops and drive strategic discussions.
  • •Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, including producing comms artifacts like emails, newsletters, and town halls.
  • •Experience designing and delivering learning or adoption programs.
  • •Ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology teams, translating AI (especially agentic AI) into business value.
