Sr. HVAC Technician

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane customers in a defined commercial market, performing commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, and start-ups of HVAC systems on-site. End-to-end work includes testing and downloading programming, ensuring customer satisfaction through diagnosis and repair, coordinating with team leaders and project managers, and enforcing safety while maintaining accountability of company assets. Mentor team members and be flexible for overtime and occasional overnight stays.
