Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • •Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual performance
  • •Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation
  • •Support the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding; provide ongoing training, feedback, and development
  • •Maintain merchandising and replenishment standards, support inventory management, and partner on expense control, shrink, and profitability
