Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Operations product vision across Implementation, Delivery, Customer, and Supportability. Lead a team of Product Managers, drive portfolio tradeoffs, and increase operational leverage through workflow design, automation, and practical AI adoption. Partner closely with Engineering, AI/Data Science, and Applications to translate operational priorities into measurable outcomes, including a permitting automation milestone with pilots and scalable rollouts. Reports to the VP, Product Platform.

•Drive a cohesive end-to-end Operations product vision across Implementation, Delivery, Customer, and Supportability.
•Increase operational leverage through better workflow design, automation, and practical AI adoption.
•Lead a team of Product Managers and guide portfolio-level tradeoffs in ambiguous, high-dependency environments.
•Partner with Engineering, AI/Data Science, and Applications to turn business priorities into measurable outcomes.
•Deliver permitting automation milestones, including an end-to-end pilot in at least one jurisdiction and a repeatable rollout path to expand to additional jurisdictions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

•Executive stakeholder management skills to influence and build trust with senior cross-functional partners.
