Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Town or Urban Planning (or closely related) with approximately 2-4 years of professional urban or environmental planning experience, ideally from a consultancy.
  • •Experience supporting planning assessments, due diligence reports, and development applications for large-scale transport, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Ability to contribute effectively in multi-disciplinary teams with engineers, environmental scientists, and design professionals.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare clear reports and liaise with clients, stakeholders, and approval authorities.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office applications; working knowledge of GIS or other spatial tools is advantageous.
