Key Responsibilities

•Design and build AI-powered product experiences using TypeScript, React, and LLM provider APIs
•Develop the agentic tool runtime that lets BrazeAI Operator take actions inside the product on behalf of users
•Build integrations between Operator and core Braze product surfaces, third-party vendors, and AI model providers
•Improve the reliability, observability, and safety of LLM-backed systems, including streaming responses, error handling, evaluation, and rollout controls
•Lead projects from ambiguous product or technical goals through implementation, launch, and iteration
