Job Summary

Drive continuous improvement of a world-class propulsion production system by embedding with manufacturing teams in North Charleston. Lead and coach Boeing Production System (BPS) standard concepts, facilitate Kaizen/rapid improvement events, and use value-stream mapping and systematic problem-solving to eliminate waste. Support the site’s Oobeya command center, pilot standard work and visual controls on the shop floor, train operators and supervisors, and monitor sustainment through audits and Gemba walks while reporting outcomes across time, cost, quality, and safety.

•3+ years working with cross-functional teams.
•1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing; proficient in basic MS Office suite.
