Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and expand the global government-issued ID library, including researching document types and configuring eKYC for global formats.
•Monitor and report on KYC/AML funnel health by analyzing pass rates, rejection reasons, and false-positive hits.
•Lead bug forensics for complex escalations by investigating edge cases and working with engineers to resolve root causes.
•Analyze third-party verification provider performance, including accuracy, speed, and SLA adherence.
•Provide data-backed insights for product requirements by identifying user journey friction points and suggesting interface or backend improvements.

Key Requirements
