Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble coils, steel cores, and clamps to initiate transformer building process
  • •Follow bill of material to cut required core steel assemblies and stack on stack tables
  • •Monitor automatic shearing and core steel for burr level, correct sizing, and proper stacking
  • •Set up fixtures and align cores with high precision; stack and up-end completed units onto roller carts
