Job Summary

•Lead a team of engineers by guiding and mentoring them.
•Train new hires and integrate them into the LBP/Sales office culture.
•Review quotations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and evaluate solution options.
•Drive the FCV AP KOB2/3 business target for the financial year.
•Manage workload and performance reviews, monitor team metrics (RDSL, PDSL, Productivity, RFT), and set KRAs for direct reports.
