Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor stores functions and locations (items, systems, data, and process flow) with safety measures and environmental controls, including shelf life and calibration.
  • •Inspect stores items, deliverables, and documentation; verify compatibility and issue appropriate certifications for spare parts/tools/equipment based on type and condition.
  • •Ensure parts are stored, maintained, and issued per approved standards, including segregation, detection, registration, packing, labeling, and shipping.
  • •Verify in/out shipments against documentation, labeling, packing, and serviceability requirements; manage quarantine registers and report per TPM procedures.
  • •Manage chemicals and dangerous goods storage and shipments in line with IATA DG regulations; ensure expired items are safely removed/discarded and support audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering/management (or equivalent); higher diploma in Engineering plus relevant experience acceptable.
  • •3–4 years of related experience in aviation (similar capacity); low-cost airline experience is a plus.
  • •Working knowledge of GCAA rules and regulations for acceptance, storage, and issuance of aircraft technical spare parts, tools, and equipment.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work with data and resources cost-effectively.
  • •Very good English communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to work rotating shifts.
