Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Manage commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiations in an NEC environment across major UK infrastructure programs. Produce and maintain cost estimates from early projections through detailed breakdowns, and lead post-contract commercial activities including payment approvals, cost assessments, and contract changes. Support contractors with transparent, data-driven reporting, identify cost-saving strategies, and provide decision-making insights to optimize contract performance.
