Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform repetitive manual deburring and polishing operations while keeping parts in quality compliance.
  • •Rework parts damaged during the manufacturing process.
  • •Follow control/process plans to select deburr tools and read process sketches/control plans.
  • •Visually inspect parts for defects and determine issues such as machining defects and rust vs. heat-treat scale, advising supervision as needed.
  • •Set up and operate the coining press and drill press and perform precision deburring and related assembly operations.

Salary: USD 19.5 hourly

  • •Ability to deburr and polish manufacturing parts while maintaining quality compliance and productivity.
