Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategies expanding access to compute, infrastructure, and emerging AI technologies, translating them into an executable deal pipeline.
  • •Lead the full deal lifecycle for complex infrastructure transactions from opportunity identification through negotiation, execution, and close.
  • •Structure ecosystem and silicon supply chain partnerships, including co-development and early-access deals to address strategic supply challenges.
  • •Bring capital markets and financing thinking to infrastructure deals, supporting structures such as project finance, vendor financing, equipment leasing, and guarantees.
  • •Drive internal and external alignment on deal economics, risk parameters, and strategic priorities, and track market and financing developments to inform recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in AI infrastructure, including on-premise capacity, cloud, semiconductors, data centers, backbone, networking, or adjacent ecosystems.
  • •Background in strategic partnerships, hyperscaler deal structuring, network investments, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investments.
  • •Demonstrated track record structuring, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value technology transactions or strategic partnerships.
  • •Working understanding of capital markets, project financing, and structuring financial transactions alongside commercial terms.
  • •Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into deal structures and strategic recommendations, and build partnerships with senior stakeholders.
