Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to build distributed microservices and full-stack systems that meet regulatory needs.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and powerful user experiences.
  • •Provide technical leadership and direction across Agile teams, setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
  • •Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
  • •Proactively identify improvements via refactoring to reduce technical debt and enhance system performance.

Salary: USD 179,400 - 204,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS (also mentions GCP/Azure) or related virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Go, Java, Python, Scala (preferred).
  • •Experience with databases and database management systems (preferred).
