  • •Perform accounting, analytical, and financial reporting duties to ensure client and investor activity reporting is prepared and completed appropriately.
  • •Serve as a technical accounting expert and subject matter advisor on significant business/accounting decisions.
  • •Assist in preparing, compiling, and verifying external client and regulatory reporting and prepare financial information for investor/stockholder reports.
  • •Research and interpret the impact of recent accounting developments, disseminate findings, and communicate with partners to resolve discrepancies or accounting/disclosure issues.
  • •Conduct special analyses and projects as assigned; help train and monitor team members and client deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of private equity accounting experience and a related business degree, with a minimum of 3 years client servicing or related experience.

  • •Formal education in accounting and/or a related business degree.
  • •CPA accreditation and experience understanding private equity market complexities.
