•Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Coach Copilot so health coaches can deliver high-quality, personalized care at scale.
•Deliver AI-powered workflows and interventions (including smart drafts and summaries) to improve coaching quality, increase adherence, and improve health outcomes.
•Partner with coaches and clinical leaders to understand clinical workflows and identify high-impact opportunities.
•Translate complex clinical and operational problems into intuitive product experiences and detailed product requirements while influencing stakeholders.
•Define and track weekly success metrics, measure product impact, and iterate based on user feedback and clinical outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 250,000 annually

•Ability to untangle complex problems, define product strategy, and translate ambiguity into actionable product requirements while challenging assumptions.
•Data-driven approach: define success metrics, prioritize investments using data, and continuously iterate until targets are met.
•Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
